Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.



Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter sent by post to  above the contact details). You can use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. 


You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically via our website. If you choose to do so, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.



Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel your agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs incurred as a result of your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your return notification. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction. For technical reasons, it is not possible to use a different means of payment for this transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.


You must return or hand over the goods to our Fulfillment Center (Roast Market GmbH, Josef-Bautz-Str. 19, 63457 Hanau, Germany) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. 


Roast Market GmbH will bear the costs of the return shipment, provided that you use the relevant return label, which you can obtain from our customer service by email ([email protected] ).


If the item has lost value, you will only have to pay for this if it can be attributed to handling of the item that is not necessary for checking its condition, properties, and functionality.When returning machines, please ensure that the water tank is empty and that the machine is securely packaged for transport.



The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The contract concerns the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

  • The contract concerns the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or whose expiration date will quickly be exceeded.

  • The contract concerns the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
